Delhi Election 2025 Exit Polls Live Streaming: Voting for all 70 constituencies in Delhi is being held in the single-phase election on February 5 after the campaigning wrapped up on February 3. Counting of votes will take place on February 8 in the election which is a three-way contest between the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and the Congress.
As Delhi waits for the results of the elections, exit polls are released by several agencies after polling ends. Exit polls are taken right after voters have cast their ballots but can give flawed results owing to several issues such as sampling problems and lack of honesty among respondents, among others.
Exit polls are disclosed as per rules laid down by the Election Commission. The poll body said in a notice, “The Commission notifies the period between 7.00 am to 6.30 pm on 05.02.2025 (Wednesday) as the period during which conducting and publishing or publicising exit poll by means of the print or electronic media or dissemination in any other manner whatsoever, the result of any exit poll in connection with the aforesaid General and bye elections, shall be prohibited.”
