FIR was registered against Kejriwal and other unknown members of his party at Shahabad Police Station in Kurukshetra in Haryana under various sections of BNS. The FIR was filed following the court’s order in connection with his statements regarding the river Yamuna water and his allegations against the Haryana Government.
