A man ordered a camera worth ₹39,990 but never received it. When he contacted customer care, he was told that since the package was marked as delivered, nothing could be done.
A man ordered three items from Amazon worth Rs 43,801, including a camera. However, when he collected the package from his society’s guard and opened it at home, the camera was missing. Upon contacting customer care, he was told that the product had been marked as delivered and that nothing could be done.
“I placed an order of GoPro Hero 13 Special Bundle ₹39,990, Syvro S11 tripod- ₹999, and Telesen ND Filters- ₹2812. All three products were shipped together. When the package arrived, my watchman collected it, and once I reached home, I opened it to find the entire GoPro missing, for which I instantly called customer care and informed them about the missing product,” wrote the man who goes by Shubham 2.0 on X (formerly Twitter).
He added, “They told me that I would receive a resolution on 4/2/25, so on the 4th Feb, I called them, and they told me the product was delivered and they can do nothing about it further.”
Shubham also pointed out that the packaging appeared suspicious. It’s definitely tampered with, the sticker on the parcel clearly mentions its weight,1.28kg, but the parcel I received only weighs 650gm so clearly the GoPro is missing,” he further claimed.
Tagging Amazon, he urged them to take action: “Please look into this.”
Also the packaging looks fishy to me.It’s definitely tampered, the sticker on the parcel clearly mentions the weight of it and its 1.28 kg but the parcel I received only weighs 650 grams so clearly the GoPro is missing. Please look into this @amazonIN pic.twitter.com/iE0lD1XeSQ
